Terms & Refund Policy

Booking Terms

A booking is confirmed once a deposit is paid and a written cost breakdown (hotel names, flight routing, inclusions and exclusions) has been shared with you. We do not consider a verbal quote a confirmed booking.

Payment

Payments are accepted into our registered business account, with a receipt or invoice issued for every payment. We do not request payment into a personal bank account.

Visa Fees

Once a visa application is submitted to the Saudi authorities through the Nusuk platform, the visa processing fee is non-refundable, in line with standard industry practice — this is a government fee, not a charge we set or retain.

Cancellation & Refunds

Changes to Your Itinerary

Date changes, duration changes, or tier upgrades are accommodated where possible, subject to hotel and flight availability. We will always confirm in writing whether a change carries an additional cost before proceeding.

Our Responsibility

We coordinate visa processing, flights, hotel accommodation and ground transport as described in your confirmed package. We maintain a contact point for emergencies during your trip. Matters outside our control — flight delays by the airline, weather, or Saudi government policy changes — are not within our liability, but we will assist in resolving them wherever possible.
