This policy explains what information The Umrah Package Pak ("we", "us") collects when you enquire about or book an Umrah package, and how that information is used.
Information you provide is used only to process your visa application, book flights and hotels, coordinate airport pickup/drop-off, and communicate with you about your booking. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Travel documents are shared only with the parties necessary to deliver the package you booked — the Saudi visa authority (via Nusuk), airlines, and partner hotels in Makkah and Madinah. We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.
Booking and travel-document records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to support your trip, handle any post-trip queries, and meet our own record-keeping obligations, after which they are securely deleted.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information we no longer need to retain for a booking already completed. Contact us using the details on our Contact page for any of these requests.
